Sarah Wilson

A single mother and a damned good one. Her heart and soul have literally been to hell and back, and she has developed certain emotional and ideological and self-image dilemmas because of this.

She is not “normal,” nor does she have an impeccable record of being right or “good”; however, she does relish competitiveness, humor (sometimes inappropriate), spirited discussions, open-mindedness, and learning new things. She has been through and struggled with a multitude of issues also experienced by countless others, and some of which many people have no knowledge.

Leah “The Vegan” Okeson lives in Colorado and works as a social worker. She has two children, two dogs, four cats, and one long-suffering husband. She loves to eat and I love to cook – BUT she’s a vegan. What does that even mean? Vegans do not eat any animal products or byproducts. This includes fish and chicken; milk and egg; gelatin, and even cheese. What DO they eat? Lots of yummy fruits and veggies, beans and tofu, nuts, etc.
